Astera Grup, which has been taking firm steps towards becoming a reliable brand since 2018 when it completed its corporate structuring, carefully selects GLOBAL G.A.P. certified products grown in the most productive regions of Turkey and meticulously collects them without damaging their naturalness. These collected products are processed, packaged and offered to customers in fully automatic and ISO 22000:2005, IFS and BRC certified factories under hygienic conditions.
In line with this purpose, Astera Grup has a production and processing capacity of 300,000 tons per year with its processing and packaging facilities established on a total area of 10,265,000 m2 and a processing and packaging facility established on an area of 131,000 m2. In addition, there are cold storage facilities with a product capacity of 50,000 tons in its facilities.
Astera Grup, which also has fully automatic greenhouses consisting of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and other vegetables on 1,200,000 m2, can also produce strawberries throughout the season with its strawberry greenhouses established on a total area of 450 thousand square meters, including 350,000 m2 of soilless agricultural greenhouses. With its new investment in Hatay Reyhanlı, it produces Peaches, Nectarines, Apricots, Plums, Grapes, Dates, Figs and Pomegranates on 6,500,000 m2 of land.
Astera Grup, which has a fleet of more than 80 refrigerated trucks and a logistics network that can transport goods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, can produce its own plastic crates that are harmless to human health with 7 plastic injection machines in its facilities.
Astera Grup, a leading company that carries out all kinds of processes starting from the collection stage of the products to processing, packaging, packing and shipping with its own resources with its opportunities, technological infrastructure and facilities, exports 80% of its GLOBAL G.A.P. certified production with its sales points in 32 different locations in Turkey and abroad.
