In addition, we have organized internal and external trainings so that our solution partners can directly contribute to our development and growth, ensuring our product quality and creating hygiene conditions, and thus we have ensured the technical development of all our employees.

On the other hand, we took the necessary precautions by paying attention to all details for occupational safety and health. With our Quality Performance Provision approach, we kept the motivation of our staff constantly high and evaluated the performances of our employees without discrimination. We rewarded our solution partners with high performance, provided them with equal conditions and created a relationship based on creativity among them.
